How much does it cost?
It depends on the domain you pick, so we show you the exact price before you pay anything. Search your name, see the price, and decide. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and there are no surprise add-ons at checkout.
Can’t I get a domain cheaper somewhere else?
For the first year, often yes. Discount registrars sell domains cheaply, then make it back on renewals and extras. We’d rather charge fairly and do the whole job: the setup, the records, and a person who answers when something’s off.
What do I get, exactly?
Your domain name, registered to you. A professional email address at that domain, with a mailbox you can read anywhere. A control panel where the technical pieces are set up for you and explained in plain language. And people who answer when you need help.
I got your letter. How did you choose the domain on it?
When you register a business name, it becomes public record. We read those records, and when we think we can help, we look for the domain that best matches the new name and write to the owner. The code on your letter opens a page where that suggestion and your business details are already filled in. If you’d rather have a different domain, you can change it on that page.
Do I need a website too?
Not to start. A domain and a professional email address are enough to send invoices and emails that look established. When you’re ready for a website, the domain is already yours, and it’ll work with whoever builds it.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel within the first week and we refund you in full. Change your mind later and your services run to the end of what you’ve paid for; we don’t renew anything you’ve cancelled.
